Hey, I’m Sam! I’m a Technical Artist who loves solving problems, making cool things with procedural tools, and helping bridge the gap between art and tech.

I’ve spent the last six years working in AAA at Ubisoft, figuring out how to make things run smoother, look better, and generally cause fewer headaches for artists. Whether it’s , building tools in Houdini, performance & optimisation, scripting in MaxScript, or crafting shaders..

Outside of work, I’m constantly experimenting with new ideas—whether that’s indie game projects, weird procedural stuff, or just seeing what happens when I push Houdini a bit too far.

When I’m not working, I’m usually under strict supervision from my dog, Bailey. He’s a firm believer in regular treat breaks, mandatory walks, and staring at me until I give up and play with him.
